Tanya is a graduate of Alberta College of Massage Therapy with 2200 hours and a member in good standing with the NHPC as well as a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT) and a member of the Reflexology Association of Canada.

Tanya has a passion for massage and reflexology and with educating the next generation of therapists. Tanya has over 10 years of combined industry experience. She enjoys helping others to feel their best and participate actively in life on their own terms and at all life stages.

Heidi is a graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at Mount Royal University (2015), and has been passionate about hands-on healing from the very beginning of her career. She believes in the powerful connection between body and mind, and is dedicated to helping clients feel their best through personalized care.

In addition to therapeutic massage, Heidi is trained in Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Myofascial Cupping, and Indian Head Massage. Over the years, she has developed a smooth, intuitive flow that allows her treatments to be both effective and deeply relaxing. Her goal is always to create a calming experience that leaves you feeling balanced, restored, and at ease—both physically and mentally.

Paige studied and graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy course at Mount Royal University and since then has taken hot stone Massage, TMJ, Cupping, Keniso taping, therapeutic and relaxation Massage techniques, with scheduled courses to be taken shortly to advance her knowledge with specific conditions.

Throughout Paige’s life, she has worked with children with various disabilities, and simply just enjoys helping others. She enjoys cooking, traveling, exercising and spending time with her family and friends. She knew from day one that she wanted to help others through Massage Therapy.
